Joshua J. Cordova was born in Tacoma, Washington to a bilingual family. Mr. Cordova grew up in El Paso, Texas, and attended high school at J. M. Hanks High School. Upon graduation from high school, Mr. Cordova received athletic scholarships to play baseball at The University of New Mexico and El Paso Community College.
